My mom, Mrs. Doresha, is so sweet; she gives conversation during the appointment to make you feel comfortable, and the way she cares for the hair during the process, is absolutely amazing. Washing the hair, she gives a sort of massage that's very relaxing. Just overall, AMAZED!!
