For Great Results:

• Exfoliate your lips (have no dead/loose skin on them). 
• Add a little moisture to them. For example. a tad bit of petroleum jelly or your favorite lip chap/balm.
• Rub lips together to blend in your choice of lip moisturizer.
• Cover desired area of lips with the Matte Lip Gloss.
• Since the Matte Lip Gloss final look will be dry not glossy, apply the Matte Lip Gloss while it is wet. It will dry in a few seconds.
• Depending on how you desire your coverage, apply the Matte Lip Gloss throughout the day for a beautiful velvet appearance.
